Wealth Creation Network (WCN) has launched a newly revamped website to allow for prospective members and aspiring property investment crowd-funders to easily engage and access information from the group. The site offers easy to access product brochures, membership forms and informative podcasts on wealth creation and property Investments.
Anyone interested in property investments and property market news and updates should head on to the Wealth Creation Network site www.wcngroup.co.za and explore the different tools and resources.
“We started experiencing high volumes of enquiries when our CEO, Nthato Raboshaga started doing media contributions on multiple radio stations, Online platforms, TV programmes as well as Seminars, educating the public about the property market and the benefits of our crowdfunding model. Responding to enquires became overwhelming for our team, leading to the decision to create a website that is more user-friendly in the sense that prospective members who are eager to learn more and join the group can simply download short product brochures and membership forms efficiently and effectively” – Nothando Gininda, WCN Corporate Communications Officer
The product brochures include the different contribution clusters, which have now been extended from four to six, allowing members to grow their contribution and savings culture as they grow in their careers and investment interests
The website also introduces a new division to the Wealth Creation Network Group, a Co-operative Financial Institution (CFI), which aims to allow members the freedom to save and lend money at member-based preferential interest rates. A CFI is a member-based, deposit taking co-operative, that offers financial services to its members, governed by the principles of the South African Reserve Bank and National Treasury.
“With the assistance of the Cooperative Banks Development Agency (CBDA), we are in the process of applying and registering a Co-operative Financial Institution. The CFI division is very much in line with our principle of self-reliance and ownership. We invite citizens who share the same vision of generational wealth creation, property investments and other self-reliance methods to join the group and help us achieve these goals as a collective” – Okaeng Rakereng, WCN Managing Director,
Also to be found on the website’s “News Tab” is podcasts of the various media contributions by CEO, Mr Nthato Raboshaga, tackling topics like How To Pay Off Your Bond In 6 years, Renting versus Buying; the True Cost of Buying a house (uncovering all hidden costs); FLISP Government Subsidy For First Time Home Buyers; Tax Implications & Benefits For Rental Property Investors.
